We match your search to the exact home and give it a permanent Home ID. No guessing. No mix-ups with nearby houses.
We search the public records
Our system scans city and county building permits, repair permits, service records, and other public filings tied to that exact address.
We sort it into a timeline
Every record is dated and grouped by what part of the home it covers: roof, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, structure and more.
You get a Home Health Score
We score the home from 0 to 100 and point out warning signs, major repairs and anything you should ask about before you buy or sell.
What makes a HouseFile report different
One address only
We do not blur the result with neighborhood averages. Every line in the report belongs to the exact home you searched.
Sources are shown
Each permit, service record and claim shows where it came from and how confident we are about it.
Owners can add proof
Upload receipts, warranties, inspection reports or insurance documents and we attach them to the home's timeline.
